The location is good, with easy access to the city via a regular tram system. the public areas are clean, and there are good lunch options in the waterpark. Some simple issues could be easily addressed.

You can eat at Krudy, which is set 100 metres away from the property. Close proximity to Nagyerdei Stadium...
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The suite we stayed in had a nice sunny balcony and you can find restaurants like Vigado Etterem within a 10-minute walk, making it a good place to stay for a city break.

The hotel is located on a quite location in a nice park. Extensive spa with several different thermal baths.
The hotel and especially spa are simply ugly: think western 1970's design combined with communist attention to detail. Still, in some way this had it's charm. The staff seem not to care about your well being but about you following the rules. Most signs are in Hungarian only making it difficult to find your way around.

The room was extra roomy with separate room for sleeping and tv watching. The toilet was separate from the bath. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the personnel were helpful.
I think the parking is far from the entrance and you have to pay for it separately.

We had a great stay at this hotel located in a tranquil location surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were clean and well-furnished with an on-site restaurant serving a broad selection of breakfast choices. We appreciated the easy parking and convenient access to the waterpark by tram. Best aspects: clean facilities, great breakfast selection, easy parking, convenient transportation.

Relaxing in the Thermal Baths, walking in the surrounding woods and the spaciousness of the hotel.

It was nice staying there with spa and thermal bathes right besides the hotel rooms. It was a bit far from the city center so I would recommend this hotel for those who simply wishes to enjoy the termal bathes. We were able to relax and enjoy the termal bathes very much. In our package, the dinner was also included.
The pool with sliding etc is not included in the price of accomodation. The hotel and facilities are big and complicated without many signes which made very difficult to find the way. The termal bathes facility looked bit old. I wanted to have pedicure and checked the store with opening hour but it was never open for 2 days even though the opening hour said it is open during those days.

The Aquapark was the best part of the hotel. Had to pay ~2000HUF/day though. Very good food. If you get out of the hotel and cross the road, you will find a very good restaurant and free parking (hotel parking 8eur/day)
No music anywhere. Smoking only in lobby. Thermal Baths were full of only 45years+ people. Both the Aquapark and the Thermal Baths were accesible from people outside the hotel, if they paid for it and there were lots of them. If you`re under 30yr old, i wouldnt reccomend you to stay more than 2 days. You could only change towels only once and the bath gown @ 3days, 600HUF extra if you want to change them more often. No exchange and pharmacy @ hotel. Looks abit old, especially the thermal baths zone, rest is ok

Location was good for visiting the city, and the spa complex was quite big with a variety of pools.
The biggest issue was that the hotel lacked some basic amenities, no coffee or tea in-room, no room service available, and towels were only changed every three days. Plus, the minibar did not offer a variety of drinks, making it hard for people who had specific dietary needs.

The hotel location was perfect for a romantic escape, close to the city center and surrounded by natural beauty. the thermal pools were the best part of our stay, with multiple options to choose from and a relaxing atmosphere.
Our room was not as clean as we would have liked and the towels were not replaced as often as we expected. we found the spa treatments to be overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Food was good, the room was confortable, the staff was nice.
The way to the open air pool was poorly displayed and we got no information about that at the check in time.
